You wouldn't know it, seeing what I do here, but it's true. I'm in the middle of my first childrens book. And it looks like this one might actually get published, too. I wish that I could post it up here, but I've been instructed to keep it offline for now. It's very bright and simple, with not a lot of line definition. In comparison to my other work, it almost feels a little crude, but it's still nice and sharp. The book itself is a simple concept: a happy family gets a dog. Though it seems simple, it's a long road getting there, at around 30 pages. A toddler epic. Hopefully by this time next year it will be published. Fingers crossed.
